After receiving the initial campaign artwork and presentation from a marketing agency, I led the adaptation process to develop all necessary assets for Destination Toronto, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives.
Challenges and Solutions: Tasked with enhancing the initial campaign artwork to make it more impactful, I devised strategies to adapt the visuals for different sizes, formats, and platforms. This included expanding the campaign artwork, assets and messaging to meet various needs for conferences, events, and digital platforms.
Creative Process: The initial designs were refined and customized to ensure seamless integration across various assets, including print and digital ads, social media templates, emails, signage, and conference booths. I led the adaptation process, ensuring consistency and alignment with the campaign's messaging across all platforms.
Digital Ads and Social Media: Launched diverse digital ads showcasing individuals welcomed in Toronto, and expanded the campaign's footprint through social media platforms with tailored templates for conference announcements and thought leadership posts.
Emails and Signage: Developed tailored Business Events emails aligned with the campaign’s creative elements, and customized signage for tradeshows and events to maintain a cohesive and engaging visual identity.
Impact and Results: The campaign received positive feedback from stakeholders and increased engagement on digital platforms and at in-person events and conferences, reinforcing Toronto's position as a vibrant and inclusive meeting destination.
